A VW Holdsworth Villa 3 camper with a solid sided elevating roof. It will sleep 4 people. A solid sided pop-up roof gives
additional headroom when raised and when the bed boards are in position offers a comfortable double berth in the roof. The
van has a Zig unit, which allows for electrical hook up. This can be used to run the 3-way fridge (mains,12v or gas), charge
the leisure battery and provide power to the mains socket inside the van. It has a rock'n roll bed for 2, gas hob and grill,
sink with electric tap, fridge with freezer compartment, removable table, vented gas storage for 2 gaz type cylinders, a revolving
passenger seat, an alarm and immobiliser (the fuse has been removed from this because it started going off without reason),
cassette/radio with 4 speakers, a Fiamma cycle rack for 2 cycles and a free standing awning with separate bedroom. It has
a lot of storage space, seating for 4 with a removable belted seat for a fifth person. I bought this van from West Country
Motorhomes in 1993 and have owned it ever since. It has been driven around most of Western Europe on various holidays and
only once let us down when a wheel bearing needed replacing. The engine was replaced in Dec 03 after the original had covered
approximately 110,000 miles. The new engine has covered approximately 20,000 miles. The mileage is approximate because the
milo packed up about 8 years ago (as can be seen from the all the MOTs) and my local VW servicer has been unable to locate
a matching one. The mileage states 55364 at present. The engine is a 1.9l petrol watercooled engine with a five-speed gearbox
and I have all the MOTs and most of its service history. The MOT is until February 2008 but it is not taxed at present. I
will tax it for 6 months if the asking price of £5250 is met.
